A nice property, but much better options in town.

✓ Clean and tidy. Great breakfast. It’s much better now than it was was before.

✗ There are no options for lunch, dinner or even a bar on site. This is a major issue as the property is located a long way from anywhere and requires a drive to get a feed or drink. Expensive and overpriced for the location and lack of meals and drinks.

The upgrades have seen a significant improvement.

✓ The view from the room was pretty spectacular. The Manager kindly gave us a ride to the airport when we left because the KNX taxis were unreliable - much appreciated

✗ I requested extra bed - not delivered. Restaurant was closed so no breakfast included despite paying for it Pool was closed But above all, none of the staff we spoke to about these issues seemed to care. No apologies or offers of alternatives.

I enjoyed the Kimberley but not its lack of services.

✓ Breakfast desperately needed. The food shortages in Kununnurra made things difficult, and town transport is expensive. I really did love the lagoon and the helpful staff.
