✓ Helpful, friendly staff
✗ Had to sleep with air conditioning on as unable (due to security concerns) to sleep with an open window.

Good accommodation in a remote town
✓ Nice pool area. Large park on the lake shore across the street, nice for a morning walk/run/ bike ride.
✗ Musty smell in the room, probably from the a/c? (started to disappear after I turned it off). A small frog resided around the bathroom sink, though that was more weird than unpleasant. Not being able to keep a window/ sliding door open (big signs warning of thieves).

✓ Room size was good, didn’t have breakfast but had dinner which was good Pool and grass area was good, a bit more shade would be good
✗ Ability to close off the toilet would be an improvement otherwise I was happy with my stay.

Comfortable. spacious rooms. Good value and great service.
✓ My room was large and had a couch. The ensuite was also large. The staff in all places - reception, cleaning, bar and bistro were all very friendly and helpful. And the food was good. Great pool. There was also a good cafe across the road called Spilled the Beans in the caravan park as well as a nice walk. The complementary airport pickup and drop off was great.
✗ Not having a back entrance meant you had to walk a long way round to get to something behind. It was also a bit out of town for walking. Not far but just so hot. None of this would be a problem if you had a car.

✓ The location is perfect overlooking the lake . Beautiful rock escarpments all around the town are specular. Pumphouse resturant is not to be missed and is in walking distance.

Hi Ian, Some King Terrace Rooms have parking directly out the front while others do not. All Garden and Poolside Rooms have ample parking at the door for both a car and trailer.
