Great hotel for its price

✓ Friendly staff, diverse and tasty meals, perfectly maintained area including rooms, enough sun beds

Perfect, couldn’t have asked for a better place.

✓ I was a solo traveller staying at this location due to the 5* diving school located on the resort. The hotel itself was very nice, everything you need in terms of food, entertainment, activities and relaxation. Even when there are hiccups in your day the hotel stay were more than happy to do all they could to make your stay as perfect as it could be.

✗ The first evening there was an issue with the water supply, this was not the hotel fault however it was frustrating as I have booked a premium room with jacuzzi and wanted to use it upon arrival. Despite the water issue the hotel manager made sure I was happy by offering me complimentary services and discounts on trips through my 5 night stay.

✓ food was great diverse and very tasty - pools were great and lifeguards are very helpful and caring for kids - staff were great very helpful special thanks to chef Abdel Maksoud and lifeguard Mr Ahmed Saad for helping us a lot during our stay - and the family room is big and great - kids area is great with football and basketball playgrounds and they have fun games like cards and chess at the lobby bar to help you have a good time

✗ the resort needs more aqua park for adults and kids - and the a la carte restaurants were extra cost when at another resort that we stayed in last year these restaurants were included in our stay no extra cost

Staying in a palace on the beach

✓ Arriving to the resort, i felt very protected. The security is intense. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very nice and helpfull. My room with sea veiw was amazing. Big room/bathroom. Really nice balcony. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean The ac's perfect! And the wifi is ecxellent!! In the room and on the grounds Beautiful pools, and the food is ecxellent!! I was never hungry

Good family hotel with a nice coral reef

✓ Amazing coral reef, good food even for vegans, friendly staff The reef: there are 2 short pierces to safely enter the sea, about 150 meters apart, you can swim between them and further to other hotels The hotel area: huge with a nice greenery. Takes about 10 minutes to get from the beach to the lobby, I liked it. The shuttle is also available. The food: one of the best we have experienced even in more expensive hotels Animations: a plenty of standard activities (yoga, volleyball, beach games etc) but the team literally causes you to join again and again (it was my first time ever I participated in such kind of activities) The staff: The whole animation team is super bombastic! Aladdin is always energetic, the girls always find time for a small talk with guests, even the annoying ones without an exclusion. Anna is always smiling and charming, listening to every guest, Jenia is entertaining and Nastya is cool, and all of them (forgot the names of other guys) are great dancers. Special thanks to waiter Mohammed for my latte on a soy milk 😊 The evening program starts with singers followed by a local disco, but one can't hear the noise from a room

✗ Family suites definitely shall pass renovation (doors, sanitary equipment, noisy air conditioners). But the value for money is still good
