Exceeded my expectations

✓ I have been going to this hotel since 2005. I did for about7 years go self catering. This time I chose the Kiroseiz to see if the standards are the same & to be honest they’ve improved. Good, cleanliness & staff excellent. The whole hotel is amazingly spotless. Nothing is too much trouble so obligingly helpful.

✓ now lets come to the good parts and only good parts on arrival we were treated nicely our luggage were carried in and out of the rooms also when we left, we were given breakfasts and guided to our rooms each one of us and that was very kind of them they also gave us rooms with a nice views. the activities and shows they host at the hotel are energetic. despite the pictures not looking the same in a live view it was still a nice enough place to be at and if you go with you family you can still make it one hell of and experince and enjoy it! of course there are better options but i would say for the price were there at it was still an okay place to be at but could´ve been much betterthe location of the hotel was good there was good activities and shops near by that you could reach by a taxi for a couple dollars if you are good with negotiation of the price. ANIMATION TEAM : now for the best part of the whole hotel and the kindest and most helpful people we´ve met in the hotel were the animation team, those people work their ass off in a hot sunny weather from morning untill night with their activities and nice atmosphere and awesome dj and music dancing and moving everybody with them, still they are always smiling for everybody from all ages from kids to adults and eldery people they make the hotel a good palce to be at from the morning stretching to the realxing yoga and then shows they host at night and afterward they take care off you in the party at night and never let their eyes off you to make sure you are back safe at the hotel as if we are their children and I dont remember all the names of the members but specially big thank you goes to the lady boss of the crew Alona for being strong leader, Kate a friendly person Maleka and Hussam <3 especially Anna for being the most polite, kindest and energetic person we`ve met at the hotel you are all great. those guys take the hotel to being a 5 star hotel and only hope from them to always be working as a team.

✗ So we were all together 7 adults at the hotel we all agree with what we saw and had the same good and bad experinces this may not contain all of them but at least some improvement that we wish from the hotel managers to make and we were so close to changing the hotel on the first day because it was nothing of what we expected it to be. the wifi was bad, the air conditioner in the hotel was not on all day time and the room ac was making annoying sound which they fixed with toilet paper temporarly, they only gave us 1 card for 2 persons to use in the room, nice food option but unhygienicly prossesed and the leftovers reused in the next food servings, no fresh juice, very slow room service and the phone was busy, water and electricity cut off, swimming pools with sand poor cleaning, unorginaised gym with broken machines, some staff member had rude behaivors, toilets were rusty not well cleaned/maintained and missing toilet papers, some buildings need renovaision, dirty towels with yellow stains and more to say but all of them dont fit here :(

✗ Food was VERY hit and miss I think in 8 days there was two good days of food. Some of the staff were rude and miserable mainly in the restaurant. Room cleaner was very strange and came to my room at very inappropriate times. Too many staff constantly looking for tips. There is NO DIVING from this hotel just a sales rep for another diving company that will massively overcharge you to earn there commission! The beach is absolutely NOT close to the hotel and the shuttle they offer is every few hours. Very limited snake availability at the beach they take you to (2hrs only)
