Ideal location and comfortable property suitable for both work & leisure stays.

✓ Ideally located property… I stayed for work as I don’t drive and this was ideal as a home from home where I could walk to work. Reasonably well appointed, and comfortable.

✗ The carpets near the windows are a little threadbare / dirty and could use being replaced soon. Some mould in the bathroom - a “mould magic” product would solve this quickly. The kitchen under counter lights don’t work, and it could really use with having a colander or sieve and smaller saucepan .

✓ Great location for the Utilita Arena, parking available at extra reasonable charge. The Mailbox, supermarket, canal, good pubs and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Nice and warm. Comfortable kitchen/dining/sitting area for breakfast and evening coffee.

✗ Apartment was a little tired in places and these points are covered in other feedback (note: now down to one wine glass!). Hot water situation is frustrating - owner's proposal for 6 people is that 3 shower in the morning and 3 in the evening. We found the check-in very inflexible for our purposes and had to cut short our visit to the event we were in Birmingham for in order to pick up key and make payments. Agree with others that deposit amount seemed excessive and currently waiting for confirmation that it will be returned!

✓ Spacious apartment nicely appointed in a good location easy walking distance to the main train station and lots of restaurants and pubs.

✗ Check-out is very early, especially considering check in time.

✓ Location was fantastic. Next to Harvey nicols and bull ring is a few minutes drive. Private parking in a secure car park. Open plan living space felt nice and spacious.

✗ The lighting wasnt great and only 1 full length mirror again with low lighting. This is minor and ANY apartment I've been to doesn't have full length mirrors or great lighting (Girls need this for getting ready). Place was clean but didn't look like it had been vacuumed. Not allowed any guests at all. Need to pay for someone to even come in to get ready with you.

Great location for 3/4 people 5 is too many.

✓ The location is fabulous. For 3/4 people it’s fine as long as you are out most of the time. The bed settee was unbelievably uncomfortable. Beds very comfortable. Everything needed for kitchen use etc was provided.

✗ Sofa bed, seating in lounge, fortunately we were out most of the time.

Perfect for a weekend in Birmingham.

✓ spacious, great setting, felt safe. parking underneath and close to centre. good to have two bathrooms. easy access to and from. beds are comfortable.

✗ lacking in some areas. lots of chips on the crockery. only 3 wine glasses. no bread knife. the kitchen is a bit tatty in places. only enough hot water for 2-3 people - there was 4 of us. no extra bedding for the sofa bed. one set of patio doors to a balcony couldn’t be opened as we were told it was broken. the tv makes noises all the time and is hard to watch.
