✓ Location,close to train stations & close to good bus services.neat to main shopping area,some good bars & pubs close by.
✗ Broken ironing board,shower door that fell off,fire blanket not in its container but found in wardrobe along with missing parts of ironing board,dirty bathroom-black mould in shower, dirty towel rail & what looked like poo stains on ceiling! Only access to water for cooking/drinking/washing up was in the bathroom,small stains on bedding & towels,chipped crockery.

very unpleasant location , complicated check in system, hard to find, no staff to help or phone number to answer after h
✓ the inside of the room was clean and spacious enough
✗ the most terrible street/neighbourhood i have ever been to! the place didn’t have a proper sign, hidden behind the construction site! the neighbourhood looked very dodgy and unsafe like slum area! i was a a lone girl and literally took me 2 hours to find this place with the help of people and i was terrified late at night !
