Enjoyed my stay but with minor issues.
✓ - Good location (near to eateries, laundry, spa) - staff were friendly and helpful. Fast action when I asked for hair dryer since the one in the room was not working 😁. - housekeeping were done every day with top up of bottled water, toiletries, and refreshments - good foods at Pine Café, both breakfast and in-room dining.
✗ - soap dispenser very hard to push and dispense - bidet seems blocked and made whistling sound when used - limited TV channels - no indication on how to use the phone in the room and how to order in-room dining. Need to ask the receptionist. - few sockets and the hair dryer not functioning (room 410)
