Great apartment, pool, atmosphere, people

✓ Close to everything (10mins walk to the beach and all the busy places)

✗ The address took us to an old gentleman’s house and and he said that happens a lot.

✗ We were relocated to a damaged hotel and split up. Now we are being ignored as to find out why we were relocated in the first place.

lovely place if you like hill walking !

✓ the property is set in lovely grounds and was clean

✗ it very sad it’s not age or disability friendly . so if you have any walking issues I would avoid . no wifi only at the pool . no emergency information . 4.30 check is bad . no bus or train information only expensive taxi

Not suitable for UK appliances.

✓ Pool area was nice

✗ No prior warning about not being suitable for those with mobility issues, you don't see that this is very hilly and there are many steps to this pool area alone. Does not appear so from photos, so I got very old property with electrics that could not handle charginging uk appliances. Couldn't charge phone, and fused completely with hairdryer. Mouse droppings in cooking utensils. I left property after 2 nights. Booked for 7! No refund offered. I was just happy to go.

Decent spot for cheap trip

✓ Lovely pool area and plenty of space around it , Rooms were clean and spacious, pizzas at the pool bar were delicious

✗ Could have done with more towels in the room and bigger towels . No shop on site which I think is needed as there's only a pool bar open certain hours
