Decent, good value hotel but little awkward on the customer service

✓ Room was great, twin rooms worked well for us all. Very comfortable, decent shower.

✗ The security deposit for the room was ridiculous. Whilst we were technically a stag do, our days of tearing up hotel rooms was firmly left a few decades ago...

Fabulous

✓ Good location of the hotel: a lot of different restaurants near and 2 wonderful beaches in 5 minutes. Friendly staff. The hotel is equipped with an elevator! Clean room, balcony with good view and air conditioning system.

✗ There was no cup for soap in the bathroom. Please make note that it is very noisy (basses and loud music from bar next to the hotel) in the night (usually up to 3 a.m.)! The hotel provides ear plugs

Clean, modern rooms with amazing shower and AC.

✓ We arrived earlier than the check-in time and they managed to get us a room right away. Clean, modern rooms, amazing shower, with AC. Staff were all nice and the cleaning lady very sweet.

✗ The only downside of the property is the breakfast. If it's not included in your package it's 10 euros per day which is a bit much, if it was 5 per day I would have paid every day. The location is right at the nightlife area so if you're looking for a quiet place stay elsewhere. It didn't bother us at all, the windows cover the sound a bit and we were too tired from the day and slept through most nights.

Very good

✓ The staff was very nice and gave me a water kettle. Location was very central.

✗ It was loud at night until 12 am as restaurant nearby had karaoke. This was in July so crowded.

✓ Location was great, staff were helpful.

✗ Room was good, however the smell of the drains was not so good. Otherwise a decent room, the floor was also in a state of disrepair, just outside the shower. Room 401.

Good choice if you want to be in the busiest area, close to the bars

✓ I stayed there in July when Albufeira is already full of tourist. It is located in the middle of the old town, in the street where most people pass. Location is good if you want all at walking distance (bars, restaurants, beach). I understand some comments because the bars close at 4 am and rooms face the street. But i stayed in a room located at the rear and there was no noise. Good for the price.
