Fantastic stay

✓ The hotel was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and really went the extra mile, offering to help carry my bags up to my room and being incredibly accommodating. The room was very clean, and they had provided a free bottle of water due to the Queenstown water contamination, which was a great touch as I had completely forgotten! The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Queenstown which was really handy, and not too far from the airport. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Very central location

✓ The position was very central so just fee steps away from the lake. Nice breakfast.

✗ The bathroom and toilet were very old. I saw some renovations happening in the other rooms during our staying so maybe we just ended up staying in one of the old ones. Our room was in a different building so had to walk thru tue car park to access breakfast room and reception
