Great room, handy location, helpful staff

✓ Lovely spacious room, great location, super friendly staff. Breakfast was decent.

✗ Couple of broken bits in my room (door handle and bin). It’s very easy to get lost walking around! Floor numbers when you come out of the lift would help.

✗ You can't use the shower mat until you have opened the shower door asnit doesn't fit underneath so gets very wet on the floor

Great location, friendly staff and very clean

✓ The location is great and it was very clean

✗ I was travelling with a friend and we had booked 2 x double beds. We were instead given 2 x single beds. The reason for this was that we were upgraded to a suite, however we would have preferred to have just been given what we originally booked.

Apparently, it is on the top of the hill but 5 mins walk to the town.

Yes we have air conditioning in the rooms

Yes continental buffet. No swimming pools on property unfortunately

As we have planned to cycle around during a few days, we would like to store our luggage at check-out and will come back at the end of the trip. Is it possible?

Yes we have storage facilities available here at the hotel for your luggage.

I want to have the one bedroom apartment but we are 3 adults since in the advertisement it says 2 adults only. How much would it cost if we are 3 adults in the one bedroom apartment?

It would be an additional $30 per night for the third person where we can add a roll away bed in the room.
