✓ Beach, good buffet with a lot of alternatives, tasty food, nice pools, kind staff, nice beachfront restaurant, helps relaxing
✗ The snorkeling tour, too many boats and people and it would have been nice to inform us in advance that level of waves were not optimal for a snorkeling trip so that we can move the trip to another day or cancel it

✓ We loved the relaxing pool the most, very chill and quiet. The hotel staffs clean it well so there is no even single leaves in the water. Also, I've never met such friendly staffs in my whole travel experience, especially Mr. Badea who remembered each of our name quickly. He is kind and helpful, definitely the key person that made our stay a special one :)
✗ We weren't able to have dinner in the restaurant where we wanted to, they said it's fully booked but when we came in there were a lot of empty tables (we wondered if it was really fully booked). Actually we stayed with all-inclusive and paid a good money for it, we're disappointed that could not enjoy the restaurants. Also one thing, it'd be great if the room services are no charge for the guest who stays with all-inclusive.
