The Rixos experience
✓ I would like to thank Alaa Yousef who was the housekeeper who was always smiling and made my room clean all the time and topped up ! Also to Mustafa at the bar inside the main reception and the team who made the ultimate cocktails and were always friendly and we had a good laugh everyday! To all the team who drive the shuttles they are truly part of the rixos experience and always fun to laugh with thank you ! The food was amazing and I would recommend trying the Brazilian restaurant as that was my highlight in terms of food ! Entertainment was good at night and it would be nice to actually have a club as this would enhance the experience for those that like to dance !I will definitely be coming back soon and wishing you all the best and thank you for even upgrading us upon arrival as we came as a group for a birthday! And also try the massage and hammam ..it is amazing!
✗ I would like to say that the reception team could work on their customer service a bit more as you are the first to meet a guest always and they should work on being more pleasant as when you approach them they do not look pleasant or respond positively, concierge was amazing and guest relations could do with being more professional when one person is attending to a guest instead of jumping in mid conversation to say someone also wants help..other than that well done Rixos for the experience! See you soon !
