✓ The residence looks clean from the naked eye and tidy

✗ After staying, there were some unpleasant experiences such as the mattress we slept on had small dust that caused our body to itch, while the basic bathroom equipment was not provided by the residence.

✗ 1) Bad location. Having a car is a must - I didn´t and suffered to commute to Genting. The place is in an area under construction. There is no availability of public transport or even online taxis. Very hard (but possible sometimes) to get a taxi. Plus it is expensive. So you need a car. 2) The check in process is very strange. You check in 1.5 km away from the property, at another property. Not convenient or user friendly.
