Enjoyable stay with Great facilities

✓ 1. Great facilities especially roof top swimming pool located at 41 floor 2. High speed internet 3. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms 4. Location is near neighbouring restaurants with abundant food options

✗ 1. Location is not close to Awana station & premium outlet. So, you need to take shuttle bus provided by the hotel which cost 10RM per person. which is pricey compared to 8RM per GRAB car that can fit 4 people. 2. The shuttle bus doesn't have common sense and it is not flexible. Awana SkyWay station is currently close for maintenance, therefore we need the shuttle bus to take us to Genting SkyWay station instead because that's the only place we can take cable car from. The hotel shuttle bus said no.... they didn't even know that the station is closed for maintenance and what is the point taking us to the closed station.

Overall, it was a great stay, offering comfort and convenience.

✓ the room was fantastic. It was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a high level of comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was impressed with the attention to detail in the room's cleanliness and the overall ambiance. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would like to emphasize that the hotel provided a good overall experience. The comfortable and clean room, along with the attentive service, made my stay enjoyable. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

✗ I would like to mention that there is room for improvement in terms of the amenities provided. It would have been more convenient if the hotel had provided complete plates and cutlery. This would have made dining in the room a more pleasant experience. Additionally, I encountered a slight issue with the toilet in the second room. There was an unusual smell that lingered, which was a bit unpleasant. It would be beneficial for the hotel to address this issue to maintain a consistently pleasant environment for guests. Furthermore, I must note that there was construction happening near the hotel, which caused some noise disturbance. While this was beyond the hotel's control, it did slightly affect the overall experience.

A pleasant and memorable stay!

✓ It was a wonderful retreat for me & my hubby, and our church members. Pleasant stay. Breakfast and lunch at nearby Gohtong Jaya, yummy food and just 5mins drive. Driving up to Genting Highlands was also not far for us, to have dinner there, we also get to enjoy some shopping spree at the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets which was only 10 minutes drive from the hotel.
