New and clean hotel, feels comfortable and safe. pleasant experience. friendly and helpful staffs

For people who always stay in 5 star hotel it’s just everage place. Nothing exceptional or out of expectations

✓ The staff is welcoming and helpful. The room is clean. Have restaurants, coffee places, sitting areas. Very nice massage nearby - close to Starbucks.

✗ I’m a tourist from Russia, so the hotel didn’t have any booklets or info for tourist- how to use cable car, where are the attractions. No car at the hotel standby for guests. Grab only option. Hotel doesn’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. I got the room facing the mining or construction, no soundproof, can hear even music from the street. In the restaurant I ordered seafood soup, and I don’t understand why it’s was soaking in milk. I didn’t have before milky seafood soup.

Clean and reception were very welcoming and nice helping in easy check in check out. And advance with tour information

✓ Room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Loved the gym and pool. Location was amazing as the small town had multiple food options.

Please improve a bit more

✓ I love how comfortable the beds are and how many pillows were given. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff are very well trained.

✗ The room I was given had problems. The refrigerator sounded like it was gonna explode. The soundproof of the room is quite poor. I could hear everything that's happening outside.
