✓ Easy parking, clean room
✗ Toilet without lock, and tranparent shower towards the room, not suitable for parents and family, should block the glass and make a lock. Another is pillow us too thick, can cause neck pain.

✓ although the location is a little far away from Gotong Jaya, but the place is nice and quiet. we like this hotel, so this was our second stay. to improve : check in took quite long. ( half an hour )

✓ Everything is ok. The room has no problem.
✗ Breakfast is not satisfied - the food is not warm and all cold. No one standby at the entrance to check which customer have breakfast included. The staff chatting at the service floor. Please be professional, especially if you are regarding food.

✓ good location, there is a famous food court in front of the hotel, room is clean and comfy

Still acceptable in overall just kindly improve on the soundproof system & the road way to hotel. tq
✓ the hotel is new and modern, it’s quite comfortable once you enter… Towels and toiletries are well prepared and the cleanliness is quite acceptable… There are quite a lot parking lots so no worries that if you drive to here.
✗ The location is quite away from the city but the main issue is the ROAD way to the hotel, the road is in terrible condition due to there are many lorries passing by to the construction area… another issue is the soundproof system inside the room. Not friendly to light sleeper as in the midnight you still able to hear someone bathing or moving the chairs…
