✗ On check-in, was told to proceed to our room, without any indication where elevators were or any assistance with luggage. On booking, tried twice via concierge email to obtain the details of the Gautrain shuttle with no response. I eventually phoned and was politely helped. It runs every half hour, stopping for the night after last Gautrain. In the unfortunate case that the hotel generator fails during loadshedding, lighting and sanitizer should be provided in the communal bathrooms.

Good day, We do not have apartments at the Maslow but we can assist with luxury suite with a Balcony. The room comes with a king sized bed, bathroom and a lounge .
