Stop false advertising

✓ Nothing to like about the property.

✗ Some of the rooms were in a bad state, there was a one room that didn’t have the curtains. I had to book my family somewhere because I couldn’t let my family sleep in that place.

We had a terrible experience ☹️☹️☹️

✓ There’s nothing to be excited about the place.

✗ We didn’t have electricity for our entire visit,we bath with cold water ,the shower is broken ,the TV is broken ,it has a hole at the centre.No motor was given for the gate,we always have to call them when we arrive to the gate and it will take them 30 min to open it.In our arrival it took them more than 2 hours to validate our booking.When we encountered problems we called the owner and he didn’t take our calls. We had a terrible experience ☹️☹️☹️.

No hot water, lots of noise, unfriendly staff - avoid

✗ The main reason I booked the place was for the hot tub - but the hot water stopped after about 30 seconds so we could not use it. No rubbish bin in the room! Basin tap in the bathroom not working properly. Gate was closed and the buzzer button was broken when I arrived - and no-one came to open. I had to call three times. They then had to check my booking-com booking which took quite long. The house rules say "be quiet after 10 pm" but there was a massive party going on at the pool area until the early hours - mostly by people who were not sleep-in guests. All in all not pleasant even though the place has lots of potential. Just poor management.

Worst experience ever

✓ You can't really like anything unless you're being let into the facilities right?

✗ Everything, gate was locked, bells on the gate not working, numbers on the gate all off. I took an Uber there for nothing, no security or anything at the gate. Worst experience of my life I must say. I'll make sure to inform everyone travel to the area to never touch anything with these guy's name.

✓ All staff make an effort and go the extra mile for the guest. It is clean and tidy and very peaceful. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend and stay on a little while longer. I am very impressed with this guest house.
