Well located, comfortable accommodation with some lovely extras.
✓ Beautifully clean room, well furnished with a very well stocked tea tray including lovely extras like fresh milk, biscuits and toffees and nice toiletries in bathroom. Self check in was simple and allowed me to leave my bags safely the next morning whilst I went sightseeing, before leaving.

✓ The location was good and the room was clean. Lots of information in the room.
✗ Parking is available but was a little tricky to work out from the description. It took a few attempts driving by to find where the parking was. Minor problem, just a bit stressful at the time.

✓ Very well equipped bedroom and bathroom, excellent position to visit both Alnwick Castle & Gardens (10 minutes walk) and by taking a bus you can go Bamburgh Castle (1 hour by bus) and Chillingham Castle (40 minutes by bus)
✗ The standard bedroom no. 1, where I stayed, is too small for placing a double bed, there was not enough space to stay seated on my own, guess two people

Beautiful property & perfect location.
✓ Beautiful building & decor. Very clean & comfortable. Great location. Everything you need in the room. As I was in the room with the snug, balcony & separate bathroom, it felt more like an apartment than a single room.
✗ I can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like.

Comfortable and convenient for a great weekend in Alnwick.
✓ Perfect proximity to everything. Easy to find for someone who is not familiar with the country or transport. Clean and comfortable, nice and quiet.
✗ If a bus drove past, my room shook a little die to being on the third floor, but it did not really bother me.

Superb, immaculate and convenient
✓ Immaculately clean and high standard of furnishings. Very convenient for Alnwick gardens and castle- restaurants and shops all within walking distance
✗ With the windows open there was some road noise - although it quietened during nighttime - double glazing did a lot to prevent it and it was indicated in the description - otherwise the accommodation was perfect.
