Nice place, in downtown, clean and comfortable

✓ We booked two queen rooms. Both are clean and comfortable.

✗ I think the staff could be more attentive guests. When I need to check in or out, the staff saw me there but continued to talk to one another and just let me wait. I think it’d be great if they can acknowledge me and ask me to wait instead of just continued on like I wasn’t there.

Relaxing and comfortable room and stay during my weekend healing workshop. Friendly attentive staff.

✓ I was in town for a 2 day workshop. The room was great, clean, very comfy bed and great view of the Calgary Tower. The front desk was very helpful with helping me receive a delivery, friendly and very attentive when I had questions or needed assistance. Great food in the restaurant.

✗ I was excited to have a bathtub to take salt baths, however, my room ended up with a tiled floor rain shower which was lovely. Not a fan of downtowns there were constant sirens day and night. (no fault of the hotel of course)

Good Afternoon We do not have a shuttle from the airport. Your best option is to take a taxi cab or to order and Uber. Both will pick up at the arrivals level at the airport
