Nice hotel but the staff are judgemental

✓ The bed was super comfy, I loved the shower and your room service guy was absolutely amazing. So likeable and friendly

✗ My room was smaller than expected. It was a nice place but your staff are too judgmental and stuck up. I came from 3 weeks of taking part in adventure camping tours travelling through the USA and Canada, and fancied a bit of luxury to end my amazing trip. Obviously after all the camping, I didn’t look my best. On entry I felt judged for my cheap clothes and tired appearance, them likely assuming I couldn’t afford to stay at your hotel. Keep an open mind. It’s not just those who wear designer clothes who have money

✓ Room was extremely small, I guess that's why the price was so attractive. I would not come back and would prefer a better room in Hilton, Delta, Hyatt hotel with less prestige than Fairmont but nonetheless with more space and at least a small sofa to sit during the evening.

Perfect location for staying in central Calgary.

✓ Great location in the centre of Calgary. Nice hotel, very good food in the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff is super atentive.

Yes, our pool and gym are open. Gym is 24 hours available and pool is open from 05:00AM till 11:00PM, however we would need to see proof of vaccination to give you access to pool and gym.

Hi, do you have to be vaccination to come to your hotel?

Good Morning, No, you don't have to be vaccinated to come and stay at our hotel, however if you want to use the facilities like restaurants, pool and gym we would be needing the proof of vaccination.

Hello, The temperature of our pool is set between 28 to 30 degree Celsius. Children under the age of 13 are to be accompanied by the family members travelling with them as we do not have a life guard at our pool.

Unfortunately, we do not but we would recommend taxi.
