Great stay, polite staff and comfortable!
✓ Breakfast was probably the best I've had at a hotel in Japan, new selection of stuff everyday and everything was fresh and tasty! Staff were super polite! Also you can phone the reception and book a slot for room cleaning if you don't want to be out of the room for 5 hours! brilliant stay!
✗ The only thing that bothered me was there was a lot of static electricity when walking through the hotel so I'd get shocks from door handles etc. there's a humidifier in the room though so I would use that a lot if you stay there, that's the only negative though! :D

✓ Everything was very clean and the staff was really friendly. Check-In was even possible at 24:00 o‘clock, but i had to call before.
