✗ One of the worst things that can happen on your long wanted vacation is to get stuck in a difficult situation where another party is involved. You can only imagine the agony when that other party is where you are expecting to receive decent hospitality and unwinding opportunities. Such difficult situation is also the best opportunity to test the validity of the reviews of the hotel you're having the unpleasant circumstances at. Technical issues can happen but the client should not suffer any consequences whatsoever in the industry of tourism and hospitality. I don't believe we were treated justice in the problem mentioned previously for the following reasons: - The manager who had to be involved intentionally avoided us, when it is a very basic strategy at a major inconvenience of a client. -The alternative rooms had less beds and we were denied an extra bed with no explanation "kept saying okay but never came" . Ofcourse that is in addition to the other amenities that we specifically choose the previous room for that these room lack including, a kitchenette with microwave, 2 sitting areas and a balcony for everyone. -The compensation offered was presumably the difference in the room price and with pressure they put in a little extra amount that by no means compare to each individual's inconvenience the last couple of days including having to repeatedly ask for technical assistance and ask for a reasonable resolution and compensation.
