Professional staff and a nice stay
✓ Very clean and definitely great facilities. Slightly more expensive but worth for a good stay.
✗ The location is a bit far from town center, close to airport though. Need to drive or use taxi to go anywhere.

✓ It’s a vlassic bussines hotel, we chose it because of the charging station and location. is said on booking site that is 2 km from center but it was 12km and we were disapointed because that was 1 of the 2 most imoortant reasons. Also, they say thy have a charging station but the charging station for e-vehicles is on their parking but niot actually “theirs”. It’s operated buy service provider and they have nothing to do with that.

Better than most in Pisa. Not 4 star
✓ Good location. Easy parking. The sole check in staff member was amazing. A lobby full of arrivals and departures and he kept his charm. A shame surely he will burn out from the stress as travellers aren’t often at their best behaviour. arriving.
✗ The hotel is over used and under repaired. The huge stain in the roof above reception and flaking paint shows how little they care to keep the hotel in good condition. The toilet seat was completely broken off the toilet and the bed side table had huge chips of the finish off it along with pen scribbles all over. I understand it’s a busy business hotel. But it’s just not nice to see a lack of care. They were short on reception staff
