✗ It was older and the room was very small and cramped. We booked a room with 3 beds for 3 adults and one bed turned out to be a rollaway.

Not great and expensive
✓ Staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast included was really lovely. Cappuccino was fantastic and there was a wide selection of viennoiseries as well as savoury things to eat. The room was a reasonable size and Wi-Fi works really well.
✗ This hotel seems like a relic of the early eighties and it shows, really needs a bit of love and cosmetic works done as it is incredibly outdated which clashes immensely with the price. Location is not great, from the reviews I thought I would have been able to get there using the Pisamover but because of how it is positioned on a highway I had to get a cab both from Pisa Central Station and to go to Pisa Airport (this has nothing to do with the hotel but beware, cabs are extremely rude and exploitative and I’ve spent 15 Euros both ways). Yes the ride is only 5 minutes but it’s so expensive you might as well spend a little more for a better positioned hotel. Unfortunately Pisa doesn’t offer much choice in terms of hotels but this wasn’t a great one, over 100 Euros for a night here was ridiculous. I’m not sure how they can claim they have 4 stars.

✓ Good hotel, clean room. I had everything what I needed. Breakfast was good.
✗ There was a smell of old cigarettes smoke. Not the best location. You should spend 30-40 min by walk to the center. And sometimes it is hard to find a taxi in Pisa, especially in the night.

✓ Very good location for those who need the airport close by. Tidy, well equipped hotel, quite a good choice for breakfast. Pleasant and courteous staff.
✗ I don't think letting dogs into a restaurant for breakfast is a good idea. The dogs were cute, but they'd be followed by other guests who might be allergic to them.

✓ Clean and tidy facilities, good location and a very good buffet breakfast
✗ The lobby from the elevator through to the rooms was dated and might need to be upgraded. Suggest getting rid of the carpet and laying hardboard flooring, easier to maintain and keep clean
