We had a great time , location perfect for local amenities and public transport into Windsor

✓ Good location , clean , plenty big enough , everything that we needed provided

✗ No bedside light on one side of bed , sensory lighting not going off quickly enough at night , maybe one room could be twin beds rather than 2 doubles

Really homely & ideal for our use. Would definitely use this property again

✓ Excellent location, clean & ideal for our trip. Great to have fans provided as it was noisy with windows open.

✗ Shower was quite tight especially if your tall like my husband but as we only stayed 2 nights it was not a problem. When we turned the telly on we couldn’t get onto normal channels? We checked all the usual things but no good? My husband rang the customer service number but no luck. They did offer to send someone around but we weren’t too bothered. My husband then noticed a button on the side of the TV and that solved the problem. Could probably do with some instructions?

Very good, just needed a base for Ascot, so it did the job nicely

✓ Location was good Very clean towels / sheets Bathroom very clean & shower was good It all looked very new & modern Good for a one or two night stay.

✗ The street was very noisy, especially early in the morning, heavy lorries / cars - but not much you can do about that Sofa bed not that comfortable

Lovely stay for Legoland trip

✓ We had the penthouse and the apartment was very clean and well placed for a trip to Legoland. Instructions for entry were very easy. It was modern with everything you can think of needed available. From plastic plates and cups for my toddler, to prosecco glasses to lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Very well thought out and comfortable and an ideal place to relax after a very busy day. Lots of food/convenience available to order or a Coop, Boots and Costa Opposite.

✗ The only thing was the TV in back bedroom was unusable but have reported to the owners and they are sorting. We had the TV in the living area anyway so we didn't miss it.

Is the apartment ground floor? My mum has mobility issues.

The apartment is NOT on the ground floor. We have two apartments on the first floor and two apartments on the second floor. Please be aware there is NO lift.

I did a search for dog friendly accommodation and this came up but after looking further it says no pets, can I check which is correct please as some people would just book as they searched dog friendly?

I’m afraid the property is not dog friendly. I’m not sure why it’s coming up in the search as such, but we will look into this and have this category removed.

saw in reviews from summer that apartment could get hot... wondering if there has been an upgrade re this as both my son and I really feel the heat!

We have not upgraded the apartments but we are considering air condition units if we have the same hot period again this summer.

would I be able to have early check in and late check out?

Check in is usually 4pm and check out at 10am but we might be able to adjust these slightly depending on our housekeeping schedule. Please ask again the day before your arrival. Thanks.

how many minutes drive to legoland resort?

Legoland is about 10 mins by car or taxi.

How far is the castle from apartment

The castle is 5 minutes by taxi or car and about a 30 minutes walk.

how many stairs please

2 apartments are in the second floor so have 2 flights of stairs whereas 2 apartments are on the second first floor with one flight of stairs. There is no lift.
