✓ Huge room Comfortable and big beds There is a bowling in the same building if you like to play. Hall is wide and comfortable to stay If you need to take a taxi is easy to find one just in front of the door, independently to the time Airport is really close (2.5 km) and by taxi it takes only 8 minutes and 4.300 KRW
✗ Low level of English from the staff (it's too common in Korea, even in the touristic places) In the shower is easy to flood the floor because the screen is too short Windows could be more isolating

✓ The room was very the spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with a fair selection of options.
✗ It would be great if the hotel provided additional seating options. if you’re having dinner in the room, there’s no space to really eat. There was a TV, but it doesn’t connect to an HDMI.

✓ Close to the airport so we could get to hotel quickly. Lots of food options and convenient shops around which was great. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the selection available. There was also abalone liver porridge and of cos various types of kimchi. There were a few western selections too. The local Jeju milk was yummy.
✗ The hotel had already switched over to heater and there wasn't an option for air condition. It got really hot in the room for the 2nd night and we were perspiring inside the room. Had to open the window to let in cool air. You need to ask the receptionist to change the heater to just fan with no heat. The Receptionist offered us fans which helped a little. I wish they could add a shower door or curtain as the glass panel was only half way and the water gets into the dry area as you shower. Got to be careful not to slip and fall.

3 nights of no AC, and a cockroach on the last night. Did not enjoy this stay.
✓ Location was OK, there was a convenience store nearby, also restaurants a few streets away. The front desk staff was helpful, called taxis for us to go to airport after check-out.
✗ The AC in the room can only function as a heater. If we knew this, we would not have booked here. The front desk lent us a fan, and we opened the small window, but the room is still warm even at night. The room window opens to the back of a building, probably just a meter away, so no view and no wind to cool the room. We stayed in mid-Nov and we had to take cold showers just to keep from sweating in the room. Cleanliness also needs improvement. The first time we entered the room after check-in, there was a used toothbrush on the floor of the bathroom. On the last night of our stay, there was a cockroach in the bathroom.
