LOTTE City Hotel Jeju

Great city option that feels modern and comfortable. Very close to the airport.

✓ Modern, comfortable, great sea view from the room. Fantastic views from the 22nd floor dining area.

✗ Duvet a little worn, time for a change? Staff could be friendlier.

Hotel in central location with spacious room, but uncomfortable bed.

✓ Central location, near the airport, large room with desk for work. Bathroom with bath and good shower very clean floor to ceiling windows but with black out curtains…..internet good.

✗ Bed very firm mattress. Cafe on lobby floor supposedly has food but only two pieces cake …….might as well close the place and continue with the vending machine, staff on reception appear to know little about the city, no help or knowledge tours , buses to get, where places are. Small pool have to pay to sit on sun loungers by the pool.

Convenient location

✓ The location is very convenient, right off from the airport. It is also within walking distance to downtown which is full with restaurants and stores.

✗ During late night, there were noises from the upper floor, which can be disturbing for people who can’t sleep easily.

✓ Easy to access from Jeju international airport. Staff were super nice and helpful, even gave us a hand drawn map to introduce the area + what’s good around.

✗ Could not find the airport shuttle bus. Wifi was really terrible from the toilet.

✓ the front desk staff were very helpful! We came as a group of people. It's difficult for 9 of us to call 3 Taxi. The staff helped us to call the Taxi several times which gave a very helpful hand to us! The room cleaning service was very good as well! Great location as well!
