✓ The room is very clean and comfortable, bigger than average for single rooms, plenty of amenities. The light of the room is also good with a big window. And at night there are plenty of lights for reading and makeup if needed. The bed is big and has nice pillows, shower is also good. The wifi signal is good and stable, enough for online meeting.The hotel is right next to the station but surprisingly quiet, and there is a conveni right at the 1st floor for 24h, so it is very convenient. Check-in and out is quick and simple. I will stay again.
✗ It would be nice to have a rack for suitcases and luggages.

✓ I was there for one night and wished to stay longer. Very easy checking in and out and an extremely comfortable room with bright controllable lights. Excellent location and amenities.

✓ Location is great, just 100m fr North exit of Sapporo Station.
Room is a little small but facilities are rather new.
Maybe it’s due to language, the staff at check in was not helpful.

✓ Location！It is just a few steps away from an exit of the Sapporo Station. And have an Lawson at ground floor. The self check in and check out machine was easy to use. A staff member was present nearby to assist if there was any problem using the machine. Breakfast spread was good and delicious. The service team was attentive and efficient. The TV is connected to major streaming services, including Netflix and YouTube. The inroom wifi was adequate.
