Enjoyable as always. Highly recommended
✓ Third time now staying at the Helios. Pleasurable stay as always. Love this hotel. The staff are very friendly. Always clean and tidy and the location is fabulous. Can’t fault it.

Great Location, close to the airport and close to the beach.
✓ The room was comfortable, clean and overall good. It has a balcony also. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Really delicious and a wide range of foods. I only stayed there for 3days, but I would image if I stayed there for 1 week I could eat different stuff almost each day.
✗ The swimming pool wasn't deep enough, and a little bit smaller than I expected. The balcony view was blocked by another building so nothing to see there. Also, smoking wasn't allowed anywhere, so even on the balcony, you couldn't smoke.

✓ Friendly, efficient staff. Lovely food at a good price. Clean and comfortable communal areas. Perfect location.
✗ New bathroom refurbishment in the bedrooms. . There is no privacy in the shower and toilet due to the see through glass and Ill fitting door which is a shame, it was perfect before.

Hello, In April the outdoor pool is open but is cold. When you book halfboard plan, drinks are not included during dinner, as well drinks at the bar, spa services, laundry service, etc are not included.

Hello, we do not have swimming pool rentals. The use of the swimming pools are free of charge. Open from 10am to 8pm, at the moment. Pool or beach towels can be rented for a €10 cash deposit per towel.
