Clean, comfortable, good location, nice food, good price drinks...will go back.

✓ Spotless, comfortable, quiet room with lovely views. Excellent breakfast, something for everyone. Particularly liked the egg station where you could order fried eggs, omelette or pancakes. Room well laid out, tea and coffee facilities, comp water and San Maguel in the fridge. Pools lovely and drink service to your lounger was a bonus. Very reasonably priced drinks. Short taxi ride from the airport but not under the flight path. Plenty restaurants and bars nearby but 20 mins from downtown Palma. My new favourite long weekend destination! p.s. the music by the pool Sat night was excellent.

Perfect location, attentive staff, wonderful food, and very clean!

✓ The location is fabulous! It’s an amazing value, I love that it’s adults only! That was super important to my friends and me. The food was wonderful! Although we had only gotten the breakfast package, one night, we decided to buy dinner and it was- are you sitting down?- €14! I thought I misheard and they said 40 which would’ve been quite reasonable given the fact that there was fresh fish, steak, chicken, paella, meats and cheeses, soups, full hot and cold foods, dessert bar, you name it, they had it. The service was very good. Our server, Santiago, was particularly fabulous, and we hope to see him next summer!

✗ There was absolutely no management of the limited sun beds. People literally race to the beds as soon as the pool opened in the morning and threw towels down. They would be gone for hours! They would claim a chair, go eat breakfast, spend the day in town, go to the beach and come back at one or two in the afternoon and claim the chairs they’ve been holding all day. The staff did nothing to manage this. They should really pull away the towels after an hour of nobody using the chair. There were signs that said not to do that in the room, but the race to the pool in the morning was super aggressive with people pushing people out of the way to claim a bed, especially the few that faced the ocean. It was kind of funny to watch if it weren’t so frustrating to not be able to get a bed that simply has a towel as a placeholder. Also, the air conditioning was kind of weak. We thought something was wrong with it but it’s just how it was. It made the room marginally cool, but if you are from a place where you’re used to strong AC, where you want to be greeted with a nice blast of cold air on a super hot day, this is not happening. If you were able to pack a small fan to set on your night table, that could do the trick. Personally, I was fine but a couple of my friends found it uncomfortable. Those are the only negative things I have to say about this fabulous resort!

Wonderfully relaxing short break location

✓ Quiet and peaceful, incredibly close to the airport, great breakfast buffet

Tucked all the boxes for our short stay. Change the Sun loungers and we’ll be back otherwise might consider elsewhere as

✓ Location on the beach excellent. Great size pool and sunbathing area with lots of beds and parasols. Sea view room was great aspect looking to the sea.

✗ Booked 2 rooms in our Group and were given dude by side but could not communicate across the balcony due to tall glass. Really silly should have options for parties together. Sun-loungers are so so noisy when being moved around the pool. The metal scrapping on the floor is constant and distracting to those relaxing! That was the biggest bug bear of the stay. Other than that all staff were friendly and accommodating.

✓ - The bed was very comfortable - The rain shower in the room was great - The staff at the reception were always very friendly and helpful

✗ - Rooms are badly soundproofed, you could hear the water running when someone was showering in the room above - Gym was not open before 9 am - Sunbeds by the pool were always reserved with mostly no one lying on them - The floors in the room were not cleaned

✓ Great views, 50m from the hotel to the beach, staff was friendly and was worth the money. Highly recommend to visit. 2 swimming pools, tennis court, restaurant with views looking out to the sea.
