Good, though no noise isolation, hope you will be more lucky with silent and non-smoking neighbours.

✓ Location is just 20 min by foot from the Catedral de Mallorca and 25 min from the city with most breakfast/brunch places. Its spacious, clean, with a pool and gym. Comfy beds with patios/balconies and views at the port and/or the street. Receptionists were very helpful and responsive. Storage room available for free if you have an extra time to enjoy Palma before your departure.

✗ The noise isolation is awful - you're forced to listen to all TV programs, talks, sounds and bathroom actions from your neighbours above and the next door. Also some of our neighbours were smoking in the room and all the smell was coming into our room through ventilation - it was not possible to close the ventilation, though the receptionist offered us an air cleaner (but you need to be out of the room while it's working). That's unfortunately impacted the comfort of our stay. Wishing you more caring neighbours :)

Great hotel for a city break to Palma

Had a very nice time , despite the construction going on outside

✓ The breakfast was excellent . lots of choices , The staff was nice at the restaurant for lunch too. The view from the large balcony was gorgeous. The room was quiet and large

✗ Shower was very slippery Construction going on outside . not a noise issue , just ugly and makes the access to the hotel a little difficult . Hopefully it will be back to normal next year

Great location and facilities

✓ The hotel had what we needed for a short stay. The location was very close to Cala Major Beach which was the pickup location for our boat trip. The beds were comfortable enough and the breakfast offered a variety of options.

✗ Although this is temporary, and it is not a bad thing for the hotel, there is a major roadwork on the avenue that leads to the hotel, so keep that in mind when taking a taxi or a car... it can also be loud.

a great 3 day break in a perfect location

✓ really easy location and over looking the maria and a view of the Cathedral so a short walk to the old town, great breakfast by the pool. Comfortable beds and a quiet room for a busy hotel. And clean Quick and easy communication with the hotel before we went

✗ Hotel was great, however if you book the option with a free taxi from the airport , it was difficult to organise and i am still waiting for a refund. This a Booking.com problem, NOT the hotel

Nice hotel, 20 minute walk to centre and overlooking the harbour. Air con was great!

It’s a functional hotel which would be fine to stay in for a wk end with friends.

✓ Hotel itself was good, didn’t eat there so can’t coment.

✗ Location was a bit tacky, road works outside and steps up to the street to get a bus which I wouldn’t feel safe on at night.
