Very comfortable and only a short taxi ride to the cruise port
✓ I could not fault anything. I found all the staff polite, helpful and friendly. The room & bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was an excellent value buffet, variety of foods very good & replenished. The location very quiet and well situated for the cruise terminal (short taxi ride). Would definitely recommend BQ Augusta.

Weekend trip to Mallorca
✓ Good room with all what you need, great breakfast and an outside swimming pool
✗ Location (quite far from centre + not very well connected), swimming pool is only open between 10 and 18h, air-conditioning is not functioning well

Perfect accommodation in a room with a view.
✓ The rooms overlook the pool and have balconies. Spacious accommodation, large rooms, good size bathroom with walk in shower. It’s a bus/taxi ride into Palma. The staff are all lovely, professional, polite, helpful and friendly.

✓ The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the rooms were spacious and clean.
✗ The only thing was the location of the hotel. And because of that there could be a supermarket with fruits and snacks etc. to buy, for example. I trust that it would be a great success because the nearest market was 'not so very well equipped'.

Comfortable stay and delicious breakfast in Palma!
✓ The bedroom was super clean and staff helpful and nice. It was not warm enough for us to use the pool area, but it looked comfy and interesting. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options and fresh bread. The bedroom was big, with a balcony and nice view.
✗ The walls in the bedroom seem to be very thin, so we could hear people from the room beside us, and people arriving late during the night, which was unfortunately a bit disruptive.

Hello, Our pool is outside and is always ready for bathing, although it is not heated. In winter months there is no lifeguard, but if you want to ues it, (the hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) is under your responsibility. Kind regards

The swimming pool in BQ Augusta opens 1st April until 31st October. It is always clean, but we have the lifeguard just in this period, so you can use it in these dates.

Yes, there i a bus stop near the hotel and the lines are 4, 46 and 47 which takes about 20 min - 30 min to Palma center, Best regards.
