Best Massages, Beautiful gardens

✓ The landscaping on the hotel grounds was spectacular.. The BEST part was the Massage i got at the spa. Eleni is the best masseuse ive had in a very long time. Wow. Despina too. Do not miss out on a massage from them. Breakfast is great. Staff is very helpful.

✗ Sunbeds old and very uncomfortable. There should be a pool for adults only, as the pool is packed with children, and their pool toys, and there's plenty of space for the hotel to allow for an adults only section. Also, the pool closes too early. Adults should be able to stay past 7pm. At least till 8 or 830 in summer. Didn't like that we can't use all the available hotel tables except if we order from the restaurant infront of the tables. Should be able to order from any of rhe restos and sit on any of the tables around the pool, as we're hotel guests.

Great value family hotel with a wonderful staff and a lagoon near the beach

✓ The staff is amazing always ready to help and advised us for restaurant.... Reception team is so nice and smiley, always a a pleasure to deal with them. They can order also the taxis 12.5 to Rhodes town We had the 2 studios in the building away from reception so calm and really spacious rooms with a hob to cook and cutlery, worth taking the studios ! AC worked perfectly for us. The hotel is really sparkly clean and with flowers and nice furniture. Garden are so pretty Tennis table and mini golf Short walk to the beach Mini market at the entrance has lots of useful items and open until late at night. Breakfast is ok, fruit and warm foods, omelette cereals, cheese....

✗ Entertainment a bit basic I don t like the salty lagoon pool as I like to do laps but perfect for kids and to have diner in the evening Very narrow pavement to walk to the beach and when entering the hotel because of taxi and coaches need to arrive before 9 at breakfast to avoid queue and closes at 10 so cannot sleep late Mosquitoes are plenty in the gardens at night old elevators

Uncaring staff no lounge or beach towels provided very poor hospitality

✗ Cats being allowrd to freely roam WITHIN the hotel due to some guests having allergies this should not be allowed or guests should be made aware prior to booking

Exceptional

✓ The bartenders were incredibly nice and gave us the best cocktails we got in Greece, Christos gave us warm welcome from the start a lot of appreciation to him

Overall, an enjoyable stay, especially the resort feel to the hotel.

✓ Large room but a little old. Kitchenette with small fridge, which is handy. Good entertainment at night which is a surprise. Very good breakfast with a good selection, including fresh fruits which is welcoming for travellers.

✗ Mattress is little old and sagged in the middle. Ground floor room has mosquitoes. A little dark outside room at night as some lights were not working. Having to pay for safe in room, which is usually free for most hotels.

Nice hotel at Ixia

✓ A nice hotel, correctly priced. The rooms are big, and the view was very nice. Many choices for breakfast. The access to the hotel is ok, but a bit annoying without a car. I found very nice of them to offer a welcoming drink at the pool bar. I did not enjoy the pools myself, but they looked very nice.

✗ Honestly my only critique to this hotel was the online harassment. One week prior to my stay I was spammed with daily e-mails offering me to bid for a better room. I also received SMS and direct messages (not through booking.com). I found it very very very annoying.
