Fabulous
✓ Location near business partner's office. Staff very friendly and helpful too. Alsan, Paulo, Gavin are few that I can remember.

classical hotel with beautiful views and nice staff
✓ at first they gave us a terrible room hard to reach to it from the lobby and it was small with no view after we complained they said they will give us better room but they were so delayed and we spent 2 nights waiting but finally they gave us an up grade room it was much better location , views and bigger with no extra charges . the staff were nice and helpful all the time the hotel was clean and with classical style and paintings , i heard it was a castle before so it will give you the feeling of living in a castle in Edinburgh not like the usual hotels . it was great feeling
✗ there is no swimming pool , gym and spa at the hotel but they said we can use the swimming pool or the gym at the other near hotel it was 10 minutes walking . the air conditioner noise when we open it we can can hear a noisy sound.

Enjoyable
✓ The location is very central, 5 minutes from the train station. The entrance hall is grandiose. The staff very welcoming and helpful. The room was nicely furnished and clean. I liked the complementary biscuits, tea and bottle of water. The breakfast was amazing with wide variety of food, omelette, eggs benedicts are on the menu. As well as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages. Great choice of pastries, fruits, yogurts and juice. I recommend and will stay there again.
✗ The carpet in the corridors had stains and need to be refurbished.
