Weekend Break
✓ The room was nice and the shower was fantastic. The staff were really nice and breakfast was delicious. Handy for a short stay.
✗ The window couldn't close, needs some repair.

✓ Comfortable room on ground floor but very little natural light as window faced a brick wall
✗ Room door didn't fit properly so had to slam it to close. Lounge with honesty bar was nice but too cold to spend any time in there when I stayed as staff kept leaving the outside door open. Hopefully they will turn heating on for autumn

✓ Walking distance to the city centre and friendly staff.
✗ The rooms are older than they look on the pictures, the hotel definitely needs a few renovations. In one of our two bedrooms we had mould all over in the bathroom.

✓ It's close to the historical center of the city, a good walkable distance. The staff were rather nice and helpful.
✗ There was no proper Wifi connection in our room and the whole place has not been renovated in the recent years. The brekfast could be better. Other then that it was OK.

✗ Parking spaces are limited, have to be booked in advance and cost £18 per night. Also not easy to carry lots of luggage from the underground car park to the hotel.

Nice place to stay
✓ It was very clean and in a good location. The staff were friendly on the whole and the ease of getting about made it a nice place to be.
✗ Breakfast lacked imagination and food was cold in parts when it arrived. TV did not work well, shower cubical door was small and being a larger get meant I could not use it.
