Good Hotel and Exceptional Staff
✓ Location and friendly employees
✗ Hotel seems like it’s on life support, by the few employees that haven’t left yet. This was an issue a couple of months ago, and I had hoped it had been resolved, but apparently, it has gotten worse.

Nice building in need of some good help.
✓ Generous room size, convenient to highway.
✗ Noisy conversation below my window all evening, may have been staff. More than one staff member seemed impaired. Front desk girl gave me a dirty look when I asked for coffee. She was in her socks and had just let a man with a large backpack out of the back area. Unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Horrible and I won’t come back
✓ Room was very nasty
✗ It was dirty, door was unlock. Dirty counter, had to ask for a towel cause there were no linen in room. The elevator was broke

✗ Elevator broken, carpet on stairs was dirty, rooms were not ready when we arrived at 5 PM. This due to broken washers.

✗ One small pot of coffee was out & nobody around to make another. No water to fill up water bottle. Staff offered to sell me bottled water. Room had a beer bottle cap on the floor. No trash can in the bathroom.
