Nice overnight

✓ Great staff

✗ Need more variety for breakfast. Juice machine was out of order. No USB charging. Few outlets for charging AND a CPAP for us folks with sleep apnea.

Bugs in the beds, in which I was told there weren't any bugs while we were looking at them.

✓ It was the only highlight. Ian and Marie made for of that.

✗ Ian and Malie assumed I must have Penn a peasants, they bossed me around everyday and laughed at me when they made me move rooms, I'm disabled and I asked for help but they were very cruel. Plus, they stopped my reservation a day early just to humility me further.

I stay there often when going to visit my family in the upper end of the state.

✓ The room and the people were very good.

✗ I had a reservation but had to stay on the second floor. No elevator for taking up suitcase, etc.

Disappointing

✓ The staff was fantastic, and helpful.

✗ The ice machine, and juice machine were broke, the shower barely drained, the business center was out of service, and I'm pretty sure there were "love stains" on the curtains. Next time I'll pay a little more and stay in a facility that's kept up a little better.
