✓ Did not have the breakfast but coffee in the lobby was great. Would give an excellent review on the room other than some cosmetic flaws such as dings , scratches , tub finish. Room was clean and smelled great.
✗ Cosmetic flaws , scratches , dings on some of the furnishings, finish wear on tub.
✓ I loved everything about this property. the view, the staff, my room was exceptional. The service was great.
✗ No boiled eggs.
✓ Nothing
✗ Bed bugs. I was eaten up 1st night and called. GM was off she did call and offer to put me in another room not interested in that, felt like I was crawling after visit to urgent care. I was told she would call me back in a few minutes and never heard from her. I called the hotel today they told me she had to leave and would have her call when she returned and I have yet to get that call. I slept in my truck the last night and bagged all of my belongings and sealed the bag to take and have cleaned. Very. Poor response from management team and will be sharing the video on Google review
