Okay hotel

Nice hotel, a lot of the facilities were very tired but the staff were lovely. Spa is great!

A lot of the facilities in rooms, around pools etc are very tired and look scruffy

Great location for Dead Sea experience but expect it to be crowded and expensive.

Location and private beach access

Spa services were expensive and packages cost almost as much as the room. Also I was required to pay upfront for spa services which I have never had to do in any other spa anywhere else in the world and this makes the process of tipping very awkward since you can't very well tip before you have had a treatment. The spa staff also would not allow me to just charge the service to my room as they said that there was no credit on my account. At check-in, this could easily have been addressed by them taking credit card info as someone generally doesn't have their wallet or cash with them when they go to a hotel spa. If I didn't have access to Google Pay on my phone, I wouldn't have been able to pay upfront but instead would have had to walk all the way back to my room and then walk back. They should publicize very clearly that spa services need to be paid for upfront so that guests can ensure they are prepared. I also didn't like how crowded the beach was and am not sure whether this was due to tourists on day passes.

The stay at the hotel was fairly good, the pool was good and numerous, and the staff was respectful As for the hotel rul

Polite staff, and a good variety of pool options, the breakfast area is good and can hold a good amount of people.

The words written below are my personal opinion only We entered the hotel at 3:00 PM, and we received our rooms at 4:00 We quickly put on our swimsuits to swim a little! 4:15 We arrived at the pools and then at 6:00, we were taken out of the pool!! I don't understand the swimming system for only two hours! If extended for an hour or an hour and a half, it will not harm anyone! It was possible to stop swimming in the sea at six o'clock and continue swimming in the pools until seven o'clock. It made a little sense!! As for two hours, what will I do in the Dead Sea after that time? Another thing is that it is forbidden to stay up at night near the pool! This is the first time in my life that I go to a hotel and it closes the pools like this!! All we want is to sit at night by the pool! To me, these things are essential. They may not be important to others, but they are important to me! Therefore, I will not visit this hotel again.

Very good

A comfortable room, the beach with a mad from the dead sea. Mini bar free of charge (but no alcohol)

Price, Too crowded breakfast (hardly could find a place to sit), too soft beds

Very good

Very nice resort, a little getting into the ages however. But all very clean.

Place to swim in the dead see was very small.

In conclusion, you will enjoy your stay here as the room is clean, the food is delicious, and the infinity pool is wonde

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and very diverse. It was a buffet!

There is a systematical racism against single males. For example, if you were a single male or a group of only men hanging out at the pool, they wouldn’t allow you to use the sunbeds directly near the pool as they’re only for the use of mixed or female only groups! Also, if you try to pay for anything such as breakfast, they always tell you that they made a discount for you which is a lie!
