✓ Lovely hotel, unique experience. Would stay again

✗ Not enough plug sockets in the room. Also the whole hotel needed a little TLC as it felt a little bit run down (considering the price we’d paid) eg. Broken slats in blinds

Great stay at the hot pring for a day.

✓ The location next to the hot spring and the setting. Staff was nice and attentive, good breakfast. The best is the public hot spring, which has nothing to do with the hotel, but gives you early morning access.

✗ The best years of the hotel are some years back. The rooms need more maintenance and refurbishment. As well the common spaces.

✓ Stunning location with multiple hot springs and thermal pools to explore. Excellent breakfast & facilities.

✗ Air con in our room wasn't very effective - not sure if just an older unit as rest of hotel was ok.
