Great hotel at the dead sea
✓ The hotel has great facilities: security, private parking, good and comfortable rooms, several pools, a private dead sea beach with shower facilities, 3 very good restaurants and the buffet dinner and breakfast were fantastic!! All in all great hotel and recommend!
✗ As we arrived before the check in time, they said we could use the facilities and they would call us once the room was ready - that didn't happen and we had to go ask more than 2h later why it was taking so long. We were then told our room was under maintenance so we were assigned another one: plus side, they gave us a free upgrade, however that miscommunication is not something I expect in a 5 star hotel. And since we didn't have our bags/clothes during that waiting time, we couldn't really use the pools etc. Further, we had to change rooms after dinner, since ours was next to the kitchen's exhaust and therefore very noisy. Again the plus side is that the hotel reacted very quickly once they realised how loud it was in the room. Further it would be great if the entrance to the water at the beach was a bit less steep.

✓ Beautiful property with lots of restaurants. Food was great and service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Lastly the swimming pools were amazing!

✓ Amazing resort with all the facilities you'd need and more. The resort itself is stunning and clean. Great place to get away and relax! We visited the Oak Tree restaurant for dinner and the food was absolutely delicious - would definitely recommend.

Lovely place. Would return. But fix your rates or change the food policy so kids can have snacks that don’t cost a month

✗ The room was very expensive and the mini fridge items were over priced. Would expect that at a resort like the Mariott the mini fridge would at least be FOC or more reasonable. A hotel over charges bit this was ridiculous especially that snacks from outside are not allowed to you have to pay at least 10x the cost for a bag of chips.
