✓ Staff was very friendly
✗ The location was very far from the nice part of the Dead Sea. I would stay else where or if you have rental to drive to where the lake looks better just 20 min south. The pool needs a serious update and was warm. The breakfast was not good for 10jd very over priced.

✓ They have a private beach in the dead sea which is very helpful and transportation to get you there. Breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly.
✗ They didn't have standard european plugs but had the three pin plugs in the room.

Not a bad hotel, decent location for Dead Sea access.
✓ Good location for access to Dead Sea via private beach. Comfortable beds. Female waitresses in restaurant very friendly and helpful. Towel man and lifeguards friendly, and bar staff by pool. Swim up bar. Cleaner friendly and helped us with maintenance issue after reception did not send anyone after calling twice to report issue. Good bar food (sandwiches, pizza etc) at reasonable prices.
✗ Huge amounts of food wasted at the buffet by customers. If you didn’t arrive early, hardly any food left. People taking multiple plates of food that was left untouched. Dinner buffet food was underwhelming for the price. Had to call for attention from male staff serving food at the buffet who were too busy watching girls, this happened on multiple occasions. Hotel in general need of a makeover as very tired. Music around pool is so loud you can’t chat to your friends. This also presents a safety issue for lifeguards blowing whistles and adults trying to call their children around the pool area. Not enough shades around pool. People leaving towels on loungers all day and not returning so lack of chairs.
