Disaster
✓ The walking distance to sightseeing in Hamburg.
✗ Had to pay a lot extra than what the rooms price was annonced. My colleague was moved from his room while we were sightseeing. All his stuff was put into my room. Never experienced anything like this ever before.

Great service but would not stay there for too long
✓ Had very friendly staff who were accommodating and offering me help. I had the first room which was on first floor and I asked to be moved to a higher floor because I suffer from insects bites which I did in the first 2 nights
✗ The location and lack of security Front door was opened without checking who was ringing. The place they are based is a it off because constantly police were coming or around

✗ no plugs in bedroom, no bathroom in bedroom, not clear information on website as to what you will actually get as a bedroom. I felt very unsafe.

I do not recommend the place and will not book it again.
✗ The room was smaller than advertised. It did not have a lamp at the beds, and the only light of the whole room was not bright enough. The staff was unpleasant.

✗ Mold in the bathroom. Reception staff was incredibly unfriendly. Sofa bed was horrible. Overall the room was in a bad shape

✗ No AC in rooms. No cleaning of room during stay, towels not replaced or toilet rolls etc. No kettle or other type of facilities in room.

✓ The friendly staff, good shower, 'new' bathroom and good breakfast
✗ The area around the hotel is full of drug addicts, drunks and prostituetes.... The room was very basic (but clean)
