Excellent stay and great location for Kilimanjaro views

✓ Beautiful setting, woken up by birds and the amazing view of Mt Kilimanjaro. We loved the birthday cake and packed lunch for the day tour, The host is friendly and accommodative, we did a guided walk and safari and we must say we had a nice experience in Amboseli. We recommend this place!

✗ No clear signpost so its a bit hard to find, but the host organized for someone to pick us near the junction.

Pleasant!

✓ The view was magnificent! Brian is a very attentive host and a pleasure to be around. The place is also pet-friendly. Brian took us on a hike to a beautiful waterfall a few kilometers away and my dogs and I were thrilled! We also had some lovely food prepared by a chef whose name is also Brian.

✗ There was a bit of construction on the site which meant a bit of noise and lack of privacy. It wasn’t so bad though because we were gone most of the day.

First visit certainly won't be the last

✓ Nice little campground not too far from Kimana gate with a nice view of the mountain. The campsite is relatively secluded and offers BBQ. Some acacia trees provide shade. Beyond the campground, the area delivers beautiful nature, landscape and game views ideal for adventure.

✓ It is a really chilled place for backpackers who want to explore the foothills of the mountain, the campsite is sorounded by natural trees and you can see the mountain very clearly in the morning.

Amazing camping trip in Amboseli

✓ Simple camp grounds with amazing views of Mt Kilimanjaro, we enjoyed the camp fire and biking around the neighborhood, It is the perfect place to start your safari adventures to Amboseli, Lake Challa and Tsavo. Our day trips were well organized by the host at a very good price.
