✓ The resort was fine but not great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the waterpark and it was definitely convenient and the jungle setup was quite nice.

✗ The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful and the restaurants were very average. While we appreciated the convenience the food wasn't worth it. We had some issues with our room (AC constantly stopping and the bathroom flooding, they were attended to a couple of times, but not fixed).

Great resort!! Worth the price for a piece of paradise!!

✓ The food and drinks were included; the staff were nice and helpful; the resort is huge and has various options for activities and entertainment. It's a great destination location in playa del Carmen for families, couples and singles. They do weddings and provide great services.

✗ The food at the buffet was okay and all the nice restaurants had to be reserved in advance which complicated meal time for large groups/families.

The booking.com site says free cancellation until 1 day prior to arrival. For a trip July 12 and I cancelled July 10-would all money be refunded?
