Beautiful Hotel, with SPA, with good location and nice breakfast, where the bedrooms face the pool

✓ Great Hotel with nice pool surrounded by independent bedrooms. Very good breakfast and amazing SPA service always with a smile. Special thanks for all the staff, specially to Vanessa who was very good and very professional. Location was superb. The room was clean, big and very comfortable (nice bed).

✗ The person with who I did the check in, was not understanding me. I was initially surprised that the only thing matter was the payment. Indeed, she forgot to understand that the customer experience should be her focus. Thanks god that another colleague (Vanessa) was closer an could assist her, because I was starting to feel a little disappointed

The hotel is quite and relaxing however in a very busy area

✓ Place to relax, very nice service around pool. Compliments for Jesus. Friendly staff. Good breakfast in next door restaurant.

✗ Beds around pool looked nice but the decks were really dirty and showed lots of stains. The deal with beach club was nothing special. A long walk and the same deal at any beach club much closer. We booked a room for 3 - it contained 2 beds, but the beds are really small.

Wonderful hotel and experience

✓ The hotel was great and amazing value for money. The location is perfect. Every member of staff was lovely. The rooms were well equipped. The grounds within the hotel are well looked after. The pool bar does amazing cocktails and the food was great too and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely. The spa and it’s team were wonderful too. If I was travelling back to Playa del Carmen, I wouldn’t hesitate to return

✓ Wow, if you're thinking of booking at this hotel - just do it! I booked this hotel at 5 AM the morning of and showed up at 7 AM. The hotel was fully booked so I didn’t get my room until the afternoon, but the staff allowed me to use the facilities until then. I took advantage and decided to have breakfast by using 1 of my breakfasts earlier and I relaxed by the pool. I am so thankful I took the time to review this hotel and jumped on the opportunity. I came here alone, a single female traveler, and stayed here for 2 days. I highly recommend this hotel for rest, relaxation, and if you're solo traveling. I loved that it was secluded from the chaos of being close to a busy intersection. I felt like a private oasis from the moment I arrived and walked through the doors. You are steps away from all the action. I loved relaxing by the pool, and the hotel gives you guest passes to check out Beach Bars which was a 15-minute walk through a very lively street. I felt safe at all times, and I walked the streets morning to night solo. The morning breakfast, sitting outside was another plus as well. Everything was delicious and the staff were all so friendly. I need to give a special shout-out to, Eliezer, he welcomed me into the hotel and guided me with everything to expect during my stay. He was very helpful, and knowledgeable and always took care of my needs when I asked him for anything. Thank you, I will stay here again.
