Adequate stop for a night
✓ It’s a budget hotel so minimums were expected. Free, secure parking was a bonus! The staff were nice and welcoming. The room was adequate. Pets are welcomed with a small fee. The location is plus and minus- very convenient to stores and restaurants and parks but super busy with traffic so there is a lot of noise.
✗ The hotel is centrally cooled or warmed. The air con did not work even though it was quite warm outside. The window opened but the city noises and smells were over powering so I slept in a very warm stuffy room. The hot water did not work so I had a cold shower.

Good value for money / Nice and Cosy Hotel in Torino
✓ Location is far from the city center, but in front of the hotel there is bus that can lead you directly to the city centre within 15/20 min. Breakfast was standard, room was very cosy and spacious and windows where huge. Since it was very close to the Environment park where I had two-day conference, for me it was a perfect match.

Awful staff
✓ The facilities and overall hotel is fine - as expected for a 3 star hotel but the day staff are awful. Very rude, condescending and incredibly sarcastic.
✗ New staff needed who know how to behave in a service industry. Not the current constantly huffing, constantly inconvenienced staff who will give you a fake and condescending smile acting like they're doing you a favour.
