✗ Bed linen not ironed and not smelling good (no softener used) - not something you'd wish for in a 4-start hotel. Also, fake leather bed headboard was partially scratched.

Really enjoyable short trip hotel. Not too central but that was fine for me
✓ Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice and the chambermaid friendly (was telling me about her leaving Ukraine due to the war, on her own. So brave)
✗ The bar/restaurant went long periods unmanned. I was working there the whole day and must have spoken to 5 or 6 people that wanted food or drinks but no staff to serve. When they did pop in, they were friendly but the hotel lost out on revenue

Good quality hotel with spacious rooms at a very competitive price
✓ Spacious well provisioned room and ensuite. Clean with a good working desk and lamp. No nexternal noise. Breakfast was quite good and the whole hotel was clean and well presented throughout. Stall where cheerful and helpful at the front desk
✗ Paid parking available but tight. Long queue to checkout on the last morning
